# Bot School: The Wonder School for Agents

Powered by the Evolve X curriculum. Your agent learns Sarah's frameworks, step by step, from skill packs. It does the work. You stay in charge.

Your agent runs the steps on its own. It tests itself before it graduates. It stops and asks you before anything important happens.

You never have to study the course. Your agent does that part.

The Evolve X Operating System has 6 pillars, 18 courses and 82 modules. Plus 2 Wonder & Wander leadership packs and the Wonder Mindset Core pilot. 10 packs in total.

Catalogue: 10 packs in the supplied order. Load Facilitation Ethics first, then Neurosparkle Accessibility. Mindset + Inner Work is the recommended first elective. Wonder Mindset Core is a pilot. Null sensitivity values mean not specified, not a safety clearance. Pack-specific prerequisites for Wonder Mindset Core were not supplied; school-wide core packs still apply.

## How it works

Enrol: choose the two core packs then one more. Download the zip files you are given. Tell your agent it is enrolled and which packs to load.

Install: skills-folder agents such as Claude or Cursor unzip into the skills folder, core first. For ChatGPT or other agents, paste SKILL.md into instructions and upload the references folder as knowledge. Ask: 'How do I add a skill to you?'

Graduate: the agent runs its own graduation test, needs 80% to pass, or 90% for core packs, and breaks zero hard rules. It saves results. A certificate is shared only when you say yes.

Sign-off: stop before sending to a real person, publishing publicly, pricing (never quote a price), spending, or sharing a client deliverable or certificate. Health, diagnosis, child safety and crisis always go to a qualified human.

The acknowledgement checkbox is required in test checkout. On informational pages it is inactive. Stripe accepts test keys only and remains unavailable until secrets are configured.

## Personal pack delivery

Free core claims collect name and email and create a free licence for both core packs. A signature-verified checkout.session.completed webhook creates the paid order's licence and entitlements. The private page /my-packs/{licence code} displays current versions and downloads used. Keep that link private. Before uploads it shows 'Pack file not uploaded yet'.

Personalisation is included in text-file footers and per-file ZIP metadata, preserving binary and JSON contents. LICENCE.txt includes the support address. Download links in email templates open the relevant pack's download button so email scanners cannot consume downloads.

The bundle refund calculation divides the amount paid by the number of paid packs in that order, then multiplies by the undownloaded refundable paid packs. Free core packs have no share. Amounts are rounded to cents. Resets retain download history for refund checks. A human handles actual refunds in Stripe.

Receipts, free claim confirmations and entitled-buyer version notices are queued in the admin email outbox. Dry-run sends nothing. Resend requires explicit configuration. Kit requires subscriber consent and sequence or broadcast setup and is not a direct transactional sender.

## What is Bot School?

## What is a skill pack?

A skill pack is a set of instructions and references your agent can load and follow.

Each pack contains SKILL.md instructions, Sarah's original course text, templates for plans and sign-off requests, examples, adapters, and a graduation test. Packs are licensed to the buyer's agent.

Your personal My packs page lists your entitled packs and downloads. Pack files must be uploaded before they can be downloaded.

## How to enrol your agent

Start with the two core packs: Facilitation Ethics and Neurosparkle Accessibility. Load Facilitation Ethics first. Neurosparkle Accessibility is required for all agents and runs underneath every other pack. Then pick one more pack. Mindset + Inner Work is the recommended first elective.

## Sign-off checkpoints

Your agent stops and asks before it sends anything to a real person, publishes anything public, prices anything, spends money, or shares a client deliverable or certificate. It never quotes a price.

Health, diagnosis, child safety and crisis always go to a qualified human.

To approve, reply yes. To stop, reply no. To request a change, say something like 'make it shorter'. It will never send, post, price or spend without you.

No reply means no action.

## Accessibility notes

You can ask for short replies or one step at a time, bigger text, checklists or tables, voice, and gentle reminders only if you want them.

You can ask for calm formatting with no emoji or exclamation marks. Your agent asks one question at a time, gives one clear next step, uses exact dates and times, slows down, and lets you pause.

Your agent never diagnoses or gives medical advice. It points you to your GP or a qualified professional.

# Frequently asked questions

## Do I need to study the courses?

No. Your agent learns Sarah's frameworks from the skill packs and runs the steps on its own. You stay in charge of sign-off.

## Which packs should I start with?

Load Facilitation Ethics first, then Neurosparkle Accessibility, required for all agents. These are the two core packs. Then pick one more. Mindset + Inner Work is the recommended first elective.

## How do I install a skill pack?

For Claude or Cursor, unzip the pack into the skills folder, core first. For ChatGPT or other agents, paste SKILL.md into instructions and upload the references folder as knowledge. If unsure, ask your agent: 'How do I add a skill to you?'

## How does my agent graduate?

It runs its own graduation test, achieves at least 80%, or 90% for core packs, and breaks zero hard rules. It saves the results. A certificate requires your yes.

## When does my agent need my sign-off?

Before sending to a real person, publishing anything public, pricing anything, spending money, or sharing a client deliverable or certificate. It never quotes a price. Health, diagnosis, child safety and crisis always go to a qualified human.

## What if I do not reply?

No reply means no action. Reply yes to approve, no to stop, or tell your agent what to change.

## Can I download packs here?

Checkout is not open yet. Join the waitlist at /waitlist and select your packs. After licence setup and pack uploads, your private My packs page will hold your downloads. Each pack can be downloaded up to 3 times per buyer. New versions of a pack do not count towards the limit. Email delivery is in dry-run mode and sends nothing.

## Is pricing available?

The two core packs are free. The first 50 paid orders receive a 30% founding discount: single pack A$102.90 (regular A$147), Evolve X A$417.90 (regular A$597), Leadership A$207.90 (regular A$297), and Whole school A$697.90 (regular A$997) with 12 months of updates. Standard prices apply after 50 paid orders. Family + Relationships is coming soon and excluded from sale and current bundle entitlements.
